PORTRAITS

There is something utterly beautiful about the non-verbal communication of people of different cultural backgrounds - the universal language of a smile, the things eyes can say, the understanding that can be exchanged even when no common language is present. This is how I look at faces. I have grown up with language- and cultural barriers around me, and have spent years in international schools, where oftentimes 50 nations share space. I communicate with the people I capture to learn more about them, and share what I see through my lens.
